Ways of avoiding twinning at initial stages of formation films were offered. The multilayered heterostructures (superlattices) CdTe - HgTe and ZnTe - HgTe were obtained. Structure and morphology of films CdHgTe, obtained by molecular-beam epitaxy on substrates GaAs with use of buffer layers was investigated by RHEED and SEM methods. Were investigated mechanical properties of films and elastic properties of borders of section in heterostructures and structures with passivated layers.
