In the result of the fulfilled in 2000-2005 years work at the ratory of Root and Minor Crops of IVM, UAAS there is created and given to the State variety testing a new variety of the table beet Vital. The variety Vital is obtained by the method of intervarietal hybridization with a hybrid F1 and further individual selection by the elongated cylindrical index.
