On the basis of improved elements of biotechnological methods and with the use of new biopreparations there are created and given to breeders for further work 30 lines of vegetable plants and conducted biochemical identification of unique material, which is used for speeded up heterotic breeding of main vegetable plants. For speeded up obtaining and reproduction of sterile forms of onion, carrot, tomato and cucumber there is conducted working out of patentable energy - saving methods for microclonal reproduction in vitro . There areworked out used 2 breeding schemes for creation sterile lines of biennial vegetable plants, which speed up the process on 3 - 5 years. To the National Plant Genetic Center of Ukraine there are given seeds of 12 carrot line (A and B), 4 tomato androgenic lines. By the results of investigations there are received 4 patent and 2 patent applications for inventions, published 2 methods.
