The main aim of investigations - to reveal the length of the residual effect of 24 years systemic fertilization in the link of vegetable crop rotation end its influence on the ground fertility, productivity of crops and their quality. The work was conducted by the method of field trials and laboratory-statistic analyses. By the results of the conducted investigations on the typical chernozem with irrigation under the Left Bank of Ukraine conditions it is determined that in the third crop rotation (the 12- th year of the residual effect) different systems of fertilization in the residual effect raised the yield of vegetable crops. The highest summary yield for the third rotation over the residual effect of fertilizers ensured: the organic-mineral systems of fertilization, where for 24 years there were applied per 1 ha of the crop rotation area 17 t of manure +N73P45K90 and the whole mineral one with application per 1 ha of the crop rotation area N83P113K90. Increments from the residual effect to the unfertilized ground were 29.9% and 25.4% with the summary yield without fertilizers for the rotation 582 c/ ha. It is also revealed that gradual reduction of the summary yield is observed both on the unfertilized ground and over the residual effect of the applied fertilizers relative to the first crop rotation, where the direct residual effect of fertilizers was studied. Quality of vegetable output, grown over the residual effect of fertilizers, does not deteriorate. Prognosis suppositions as for the object of investigation - the residual effect of the long term systemic fertilization on the typical chernozem in the link of vegetable crop rotation continues for 12 years and has an effect on all the crops of the crop rotation.
