The investigation aim is creation of import-substituting genotypes. The investigation methods are selection-technologic. Methodic ways of creating import-substituting genotypes are elaborated and on their basis herds of ewes with reproductive ability 118-145%, meat production 50-60 kg per ewe, commercial milk 40-50 kg, and clean wool clip 3-5 kg have been created. The received rams have been used on 148,000 ewes in 10 provincves of Ukraine and the AR of Crimea.
