Thus the following scientific results are received for the first time: - the concept of creation of complex index of estimation of level of economic security of the enterprise, risks' level and probability of bankruptcy is substantiated; - a Complex methods of estimation of level of economic security of the enterprise, risks' level and probability of bankruptcy is worked out with the help of an integrated index as "unification" of the basic financial and economic indices of activity of the enterprise (normalized, with an interval of change from 0 up to 1), - on the basis of the theory of utility the forms of functions of local utility from parameters of three types: stimulator, destimulator and "interval"are definited; - the technique of estimation of weights of importance of separate parameters for formation of an integrated parameter with the help of a method of average ranks and expert estimations is developed; - the principles of the structurising of a new integrated parameter for three zones are formulated, and also the estimation of primary, not normalized values of parameters, which corresponded of limits of these zones, by the procedure of return normalization. The practical value of results of research consists in the following: 1) the new effective method is given to the Ukrainian enterprises, with which is possible to diagnose a level of economic security of the enterprise, risks' level and probability of bankruptcy, also to determine the reasons of its change and to compare whith a level of other enterprises, 2) for state bodies the new technique gives an opportunity to diagnose a condition of the enterprises more substantiatelly and to make a decision during realization of case about bankruptcy of the enterprises, theіr bankruptcy or liquidation.
