On the base of obtained data optimal schemes of the process of obtaining charge billets and master alloys from raw materials and technological waste have been determined; a technological instruction for melting charge billets has been worked out. It has been developed a method of calculating charge materials and electric power at obtaining charge billets and master alloys. The method gives an opportunity to determine basic economical indises of the developed technological process.
