The purpose of the work - fundamental research in microwave active integrated antennas (AIA) domain. These antennas used in information networks and wireless power transmission systems. Research methods - mathematical methods of electrodynamics, antenna's general theory and theory of antennas with lumped or distributed nonlinear elements, microwave circuits theory, numerical analysis and mathematical simulation methods. Mathematical model development results are presented in the report. This mathematical model meant for steady state periodic or almost-periodic modes of active integrated antennas and microstrip active integrated antennas including lumped or distributed nonlinear elements. Nonlinear effects research results are presented. These effects occurred in particular electrodynamic devices with surface impedance nonlinear characteristics: microstrip line segments and resonators realized on conductors with high-temperature superconductivity properties. Polarization losses analysis matrix method is presented. This method used for radiation systems synthesis.
