It was shown the adaptive shifts peculiarity in the cardiac muscle structure, regional circulation (muscle and brain blood circulation) dependence on the sex and period of training loads. For the first time it was revealed the signs of the disturbances of adaptation in muscle blood circulation of weightlifters.
