The purpose of the researching work is investigation of availibility and the comparison of properties of extracellular FBPases from the phytopathogenic strain of mollicutes - Acholeplasma laidlawii var. granulum str. 118 and the representative of sporeforming bacterium - Bacillus subtilis 668 for detection their phylogenetic relation. It was obtained the purified and high active preparations of extracellular FBPases from both microorganisms and was investigated their physical-chemical, molecular and serological properties.
