The effects of magnetic ordering on martensitic transformation were investigated. Optimal compositions of the FeMnSi alloys and alloying components were established. Characterization of these alloys was made. It was found two type of transformation in these alloys: one is martensitic transformation responsible for the shape memory effect in these alloys; second is antiferromagnetic ordering. Changing of Si atoms by Ge and Sn decreases Ms point and stimulate decomposition processes in alloys and formation of ternary Fe0,33 Mn0,33Sn0,33 phase.
