The work is aimed at creation of high energy lithium battery based on SIE and PE. Composition of PE and SIE has been developed, influence of electrolyte components on thermal, chemical and electrochemical stability has been investigated. Procedure of PVdF-based polymer electrolyte formation and production method of SIE with high conductivity values at room temperature have been developed. Production technology of MnO2, cyclable for a long period of time in LPS has been optimized. Dependence of the specific capacity characteristics of electrode block on cathode thickness and discharge current value has been investigated. Electrode structure component ratio for the 2325 and 2016 size disc design batteries has been optimized. Laboratory prototypes of Li-MnO2 LPS produced by the developed procedure have been testedfor the nominal capacity 30, 40, 60 mАh (2325 size) and 20 mАh (2016 size) under the conditions of galvanostatic cycling depending on discharge current, discharge depth and testing temperature. It has been established that battery self-discharge is 0,5% a month. Production of high energy chemical power sources with lithium anode is the field of their application. .
