As a result of researches high efficiency is set of the use of bull-calves of znamyanskogo type on the ponadremontnih heifers of cherno-ryaboy milk breed in the conditions of south of Ukraine; optimum age of korov-pervotelok is trained for realization on meat, which makes 25-26 mes.; the comparative study is conducted of productivity, for slaughter and meat qualities at the cross-breeds, got from crossing of cherno-ryabogo milk cattle with the bulls of znamyanskogo type of south beef cattle, at intensive growing on technology of the meat cattle breeding and proper to the living mass 430-470 kg in 15 monthly age.
