Work objective - investigation of stress condition of massif inclined to rock pressure, chambers stability estimation and substantiation of their safe parameters at the of SE "Eastern ore mining and processing enterprise" mines. Work objective - development of the instruction for the substantiation of the safe mining conducting and procedure of ore deposits development at the SE "Eastern ore mining and processing enterprise" mines (further - Instruction). Research methods - analysis of normative materials and instructions for ore deposits development, engineering-mathematical calculations of safe conducting and procedure of ore deposits development, complex mine observations for dynamic manifestation of rock pressure. Research results - contain methods of calculations of conditions of safe mining conducting, different forms rock pressure dynamic manifestation forecast, permissible void volumes, requirements forthe procedure of ore deposits development and safe massif mining conducting during the dynamic effect of an explosion. Scientific and methodical basis of safe mining conducting and procedure of ore deposits development, inclination of massifs to the dynamic manifestation of the rock pressure, seismic safe blasting was determined. Scientific novelty - for the first time the instruction for substantiation of safe mining conducting and procedure of ore deposits development during uranium deposits design and operation was developed. The methods of calculations of permissible void volumes depending on standard requirements for the prepared resources and resources which are ready to excavation, blocks quantity which provide necessary mine productivity, volumes of the workedout area which are in stowage stage and are isolated, and safe massif mining conducting during the dynamic effect of an explosion were developed. The nomograms for seismic safe explosive weight were developed. Social significance - provision ofsafe mining conducting and environment safety at the territory of uranium deposits development at different periods of voids standing, increase of the population life activity safety at the uranium mining regions of Ukraine. Results of research scientific work - will be used as a normative document in design and operation of uranium deposits of the SE "Eastern ore mining and processing enterprise".
