The high therapeutic efficiency of multiple sclerosis differentiated pathogenetic methods of therapy of various types and activity stages have been shown. Methods included glucocorticoids in different schemes and ways of taking, immunoglobuline, antivirus therapy by different compounds of acycloviri, copaxoni, mitoxanthroni, plasmopheresis, autotransplantation of marrow stromal cells inducted into nervous cells, metabolic and antioxidative therapy. Common and differentiated mechanisms of the intra-cerebral transplantation of marrow stromal cells (inducted into nervous cells and native), fetal nervous tissues and distant transplantation of fetal nervous tissues have been experimentally revealed influence on the plasticity of structural and functional organization of motor functions.
