Also discovered is the magnetoplastic effect (MPE), which consists in a change in microplastic properties of the near-surface layers of silicon crystals under action of constant magnetic field. Experimentally confirmed and developed is the concept of laser and ultrasound control of the processes of dislocation mobility in the near-surface layers of silicon crystals. Discovered and studied is the dislocation "memory" effect: dislocations "remember" the action of electric current and physical fields (electric, magnetic, elastic-electric field of ultrasound, electromagnetic field of laser radiation). It is established that plastic deformation and electronic excitation produce a correlated effect on the physical parameters of silicon crystals.
