Mitochondrial 16S DNA sequence analysis revealed different haplotypes ( 3 - Lithuania and 2 -Ukraine) corresponding two karyotypic forms. Molecular data most likely is the result of phylogenetic history of the species. The karyotype of polyploid species of Rivicoliana rivicola includes 250 chromosomes. Study karyotypes some species of trematodes (Trematoda), which related with bivalvies molluscs, conducted: Phyllodistomum sp .- 2n=18, Crepidostomum sp. - 2n=12, Bunodera luciopercae and Allocreadium isoporum - 2n=14. According to cytogenetic data, of B. luciopercae and A.isoporum showed closer karyological affinity than two species Crepidostomum sp. and Bunodera luciopercae.
