They simultaneously take into account the stochastic and periodical properties of the processes. On the basis of probabilistic analysis of these models, the diagnostic parameters for development of the statistical diagnostic informative-measuring system of WDPU are theoretically proven. The methods of statistical evaluation of diagnostic parameters are developed from the measured realization of diagnostic signals: functions of moments, Pearson's type of distribution curve. The rules of acceptance of diagnostic decisions are built on the basis of the chosen diagnostic parameters with the defined reliability; the proper algorithms and software are also developed.
