At such treatment the nonuniform structural and concentration distributions, thermodynamically nonequilibrium, but kinetically resistant states are formed. It is established, that the special role in diffusion mass transfer of copper and chromium atoms at high-heat treatment by laser irradiation of thin-film Cr/Cu/Ni system is played with an external surface of a nickel layer. The surface thermodynamically causes directional components mass transfer in volume of a thin-film system. It is drain region for diffusing elements - copper and chromium at that the control factor is chromium oxide formation on external surface of nickel layer. The concentration gradients of diffusing elements during a high-heat treatment by laser irradiation are kept (concentration homogeneity in volume of a thin-film system not attained).
