Criteria of early non-invasive diagnostics of inflammatory process progressing in liver tissues in patients with nonalcoholic steatosis were determined. The rationality for the differentiated administration of thioctic acid agents to patients with nonalcoholic steatosis and steatohepatitis was proven. It was confirmed that additional administration of artichoke extract and prebiotics in the patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis is necessary.
