We have obtained the rows of distribution of the forms of heavy metals in soils of the urbanized territory of the city showing a geochemical specialization of the landscape and serving for determination of the character of the element subsoil processes. We have established the direct dependence of the heavy metals' mobility in soils upon their physilac-chemical features (organic matter, maisture, clay fraction, reaction of soil solution). Studies have shown that landscape-geochemical properties of the territory, physical-chemical indicators of soils, geochemical properties of the element itself, technogeneous conditions are the main regulators of migrational forms of heavy metals in soils. Studied territory is in the landscape with low ability to self-cleaning that makes it necessary to conduct further investigations of migrational forms of heavy metals in soils of the city with the purpose of zoning according migration conditions and the landscape ability to self-cleaning.
