The work purpose is the study of typomorphic features of quartz paramagnetic centers, influence of radiation defects on hydrogen isotope exchange in clay minerals, the metamict state nature of silicates and phosphates and radiation defects in biominerals by EPR and computer simulation methods. The quartz formation temperature was firstly shown to be found by Е1'- center concentration due to activation. The models of hydrogen isotope exchange processes in the "layered OH-containing mineral - tritium water" system are suggested. Interlayer water molecules and clusterization of uranium and thorium can influence on radiation stability of U, Th-minerals. An amount of NO42- radicals in bioapatite was decreased under the weightlessness condition imitation. The work results can be used in geology, mineralogy, ecology, medicine.
