Analytical dependences for numerical calculation of process dewatering of capillaries with porous walls are received and the technique of numerical definition of distribution of the mass contents is developed. The new concept of structurization of materials at a stage of their preparation to drying by dispersion is offered, ways of intensification HМT are determined at dewatering. The opportunity of carrying out the complex processes of drying, crushing andand granulating of materials which allows to lower expenses of heat at drying to 30 % is experimentally proved, the energy- and resources preserved and ecologically clean technology is developed.
