At the use of methods of mathematical modeling the basic to conformity to the law flowing of the thermal phenomena at co-operation of single sprayed particle with a basis are set. The effects of influence on the temperature condition of the system are studied "particle-basis" of different factors, such as thermophysics properties of materials of coverage and basis, level of the preliminary heating of particles, their sizes and others. On the basis of the executed complex of calculable experiments are set to conformity to the law of influence on the thermal state of the systems "coverage on the whole - basis" of the conditions of receipt of amorphous and nanocrystalline structures of coverages in the process of gazthermal spraying. Thus mathematical modeling and analysis of the got results was conducted with the use of the developed special approach being based on consideration of effects of the regional influencing of conditions of synonymous. Basic principles of prognostication of the amorphous state of coverages on the base of associate consideration of the thermal state actually of coverage and proper thermo kinetic diagrams are developed "temperature-time-transformation". Basic factors which stipulate the process of formation of amorphous and nanocrystaline structure of materials and their ranging is executed on the degree of action on efficiency of the given process are set. Different mediated ways of influencing on conformity to the law of forming of nanocrystalline and amorphous coverages are considered, namely, the methods related to organization of definite temperature conditions of the systems "coverage - basis". Are set to conformity to the law of effectsof influencing of the stream cooling on the temperature state of the thick-walled plate in the process of forming of gaztharmal spraying. Situations responding to different conditions of cooling on the overhead and lower limiting surfaces of the studied object are considered. Terms, touching absences and presences of the forced cooling of the system, are analysed. In addition, in work large attention is spared to the question related to research of the thermal state of the system "coverage - sublevel - basis" at varying of sizes of rate of movement of plazmotron.
