One-parametric observables are found, which allow one to select uniquely the signals of heavy neutral vector particles - Z' bosons. One- and many-parameter fits of the LEP2 experi-ment data are performed. They show a signal at the 68-95% confidence level. The Z' mass and the Z' couplings to fermions are constrained.
