Research method is conducting of analysis of socio-economic development of regions of Ukraine on the basis of statistically mathematical methods. Created program-informatics environment of IAS, his installation and adjusting is carried out, loader of information to the depository, the structure of electronic depository of information is developed, reference books and classifiers of the system and forming of reports of analysts and statistical are created on the basis of certain indexes as a result of research .
