Most of Moon' material was delivered from Earth' mantle by ejects from many impacts of asteroids. This explains deficit of iron on the Moon. We showed high efficiency of such mechanism: Earth' eject on prograde orbits easy joined to prograde protosatellite disk, but retrograde eject returned to Earth. It's known, that about 1% of all Main Belt's asteroids are binary. Practically all of them are members of different asteroid dynamic families. It was considered the connection between mean motions of known binary asteroids and resonances produced by large planets of Solar System. It was shown that the most part of binaries is disposed near resonances of different orders. The problem of Dark Energy and Dark Matter Phenomena and the Universe with Variable Gravitational Mass were discussed by N.N. Gorkavy.
