As a result of updating a package of the quantum-chemical programs "Gamess (US)", the geometrical parameters and frequencies of IR and Raman spectra for clasters of connections AsхS1-Х and GeхS1-х, their nuclear configuration, energy of formation(education) are designed. Their spectral characteristics and communication(connection) with technological conditions of synthesis of glasses of system Ge-As-S experimentally are investigated.
