The system conception of building of methods and means package of designing of complicated digital circuits with improved measures of testability in pseudorandom test systems on the base of using of element basis of special kind with additional possibility of modification of logical functions of elements during executing of test procedures is developed. This ensured that the essential boost of effectiveness of diagnostic system to build on the base of using as test pseudorandom sequences, as methods and structural means of signature analysis can be reached.
