Intercellular dicentric distribution after Am-241 radiation exposure is overdispersed, after Cs-137 radiation exposure it is in accordance with Puasson distribution. After -irradiation by Am-241 the occurrence of lymphocytes with several chromosome exchanges was revealed with aberration spectra analogous to that of indicated in lymphocyte culture in ChNPP Exclusion zone self-settlers and "Shelter" Object personnel. The peculiarities of alterations in lymphocyte membranes (by the values of lipid bilayer polarity, fluorescence intensity and ANS quantum yield) are qualitatively different after Am-241 and Cs-137 exposure and possess monotonous and nonmonotonous character correspondingly.
