DNA-flow cytometry was applied at investigation of 90 samples of pathologic material. Methods: Clinical, ultrasonographic, statistical, flow cytometry. Apparatus: FACScan, ATL HDI-5000, РУМ-20. Results: The application of proposed polychemotherapy schemes allowed to achieve the remissions in 12,2% patients with soft tissue sarcoma (total survival 43%), in 20% children with osteosarcoma, in 30,8% - with neuroblastoma, in 20% - with nephroblastoma refractory to intensive first line therapy and recurrences. Hemopoiesis peripheral blood autologous stem cell support (17 patients) prevents the development of complications due to myelosuppression at aggressive antireccurent treatment. According to DNA-flow cytometry data the presence of aneuploid clone in the neoplastic cells is associated with primary refractarity at neuroblastoma and with prevalence degree at soft tissue sarcoma. Refractarity to the treatment at these diseases is associated with high content of S-phase cells. For the definition of tumor refractarity by immunohistochemical method the optimal is the application of the panel of immunohistochemical markers (c-erbB-2 (Her2neu), Pgp (mdrl), p53, Bcl-2, CD34). US-diagnostics allows to evaluate adequately the degree of neoplasm volume regression and destruction of its own vascular net what coincides with high degrees of musculoskeletal tumors treatment pathomorphism. The evidence of the treatment effect absence has to be considered the insignificant changes of vascularizarion, structure and echogenicity of soft tissue sarcomas in combination with their inessential volume regression. Field of use: Pediatric oncology, radiology, pathologic anatomy. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
