This allows obtaining dynamic spectra of radiation at the upper atmosphere and ionosphere of planet-giants, to determine the structure of lower atmosphere, and to investigate magnetic ripplings near sources of Jupiter radiation. Algorithms of numerical processing of radar signals from objects in near cosmos for obtaining the images of objects are built using the inverse synthetic aperture methods. Mathematical models and physic basics of meta-materials for their construction are developed on the base of periodical structures from metal and magnetic-dielectric elements of complicated form. Effective algorithms for investigation of electrodynamic characteristics of microstrip antennas with multilayer dielectric covering and multielement perfectly conducting screens of finite thickness with waveguide channels are performed.
