Theory of nonlinear dielectric susceptibility was evolved for systems considered out of the frame of mean field, but in frame of random field method. The technology of obtaining of compact ceramic samples of KTaO3 doped by 1-6 mol. % LiTaO3 and KNbO3 using hot-press method and SrTiO3 doped by Ca and Ba oxides using accepted agglomeration and hot-pressing was developed. New method of obtaining of KTa1-xNbxО3 thin films consisting in sputtering of two-layer systems: KOH and film of appropriate metall oxide with following annealing at T = 500 C, was proposed.
