Polarization, permittivity, hysteresis characteristic of the thin segnetoelectric films were calculated. The dependence of the depolarization field on an electrode type was taken into account. All possible types of nanostructures have been analysed and classified on the nanostructure dimention and its components. A model of polyhedral monocrystal nanotubes for the diamond and wurtzite type crystals was proposed. Temperature dependence of the band structure in hexagonal modifications of A3B5 and A2B6 crystals has been calculated at first by the empirical pseudopotential method. Peculiarities of electron-atomic construction of low-dimentional systems have been studied. These systems have a tendency to form the charge-well ordered states and unusual dependence of physical properties on a chemical composition, a temperature, an external pressure and a strength of the magnetic field.
