The structure, statical and dynamical, magnetic, nonlinear magnetooptical, magnetoresistive properties of abovementioned films has been investigated. The ways to increase the values of magnetoresistive effect for practical applications as a magnetic field sensors have been found. The nature of anomalous nonlinear optical magnetically induced phenomena in magnetic nanogranular structures has been established as well as correlation mechanisms between these phenomena and giant magnetoresistive effect. The principals of nonlinear optical diagnostics of magnetic nanostructures have been developed. The methods to increase magnetoresistive properties of multilayers using substrates with nanosize periodical space modulated structure of surfaces were developed.
