The area of frequencies, which needs the auditory system of dolphin for treatment of short voice-frequency signals, is set (echo signals). The form of filter of the auditory system of dolphin, the analysis of spectrums of these impulses is conducted in which, is certain . It is set that the dolphin can distinguish acoustic signals with identical amplitude-frequency spectrums in a low-frequency area (to 30 kHz). Findings show that methods of treatment of acoustic information in the auditory system of dolphin in area of low frequencies the same, what in area of high-frequencies. The estimation of size of aperture and base of echolocation hearing of a dolphin is executed with the use of model of the acoustic field, built on the basis of results, got at the study of echolocation differentiation the dolphin of brass balls, in the conditions of reverberation hindrances of steel cylinders. The got estimation gives all of grounds to suppose that morphological structures of lower jaw are a peripheral department of echolocation hearing of a dolphin.
