The purpose of work - to give a theoretical substantiation and to develop methodological principles and methods of techn1ical decisions for building new procedures of an osteosynthesis at fractures of long bones and new procedures of replacement of osteal defects at patients of advanced age by artificial implants on the basis of corundum and carbon. Methods of research - theoretic-analytical, experimental, modelling, morphological, electrochemical. New knowledge about regeneration of bones and the mild tissues environmental implant from CCCМ, feature of its use as a stuff for replacement of osteal defects was obtained. Biological inactivity CCCМ, absence of toxiferous action on environmental and remote tissues is proved. It is proved, that CCCМ does not collect in an internals and does not influence flow of normal biological processes.
