This fact allowed to depart spinal osteochondropathy, postrepositional hyperpression syndrome of the hip joint against of background congenital hip dislocation and epiphysilolisis of the femoral head. By means of finite element modeling verificated biomechanical constituents models of hip joint deseases were developed. These models may be used for early diagnostic of dysplastic hip joint a spine deseases.Investigation of the patients with dysplastic spinal and joint deseases allowed to reveal a number of clinical, biochemical, biomechanical and pathophysiological signes, which may be related to subclinical level of the development of dysplastic hip joint and spinal deseases. Besides that, the character and age dynamics of the natural histiry of a different varians of deseases were revealed. Their pecularities and commonnes in pathogenesis of structhral and functional changes in joints and qualitative and quantitive criterions for early diagnostic, which gave the opportunety to develop diagnostic and prognostic algoritm tabels. Data of biochemical, biomechanical, clinical, rentgenological and pathophysiological investigation are additional.In the system of intergrative orthopaedic arthrology dislo-cations, wich were determined of hereditary disposition were considered as stage process.Principels of the structural and functional correction which were proposed in patient with spinal osteochonropathy, hyperpression syndrome and epiphyseolisis of the femoral head were proposed. Follow-up at a distant period has showed high effecasy of the profilactical and curative surger-ies in congenital subluxation (dislocation) of the patella.
