New knowledge of crystallography peculiarities and sapphire wearing out influences on the functional characters of endoprosthesis has been obtained. Operation technologies of hip arthroplasty with the use of new endoprosthesis constructions have been studied and improved. Invention patents of medicine have been received. The clinical approbation of hip endoprosthesis with sapphire-sapphired pair of friction have been conducted on 7 patients and showed the endoprosthesis efficacy. The results of investigation have been published in 12 articles; have been reported on 11 republic and international conferences, exhibitions in Ukraine, Russia and China.
