Karst. natural populations in the Ukrainian Carpathians was established in result of electrophoretic analysis in polyacrialamyde and starch gels. These populations are in different ecological conditions in the mountains. It is described 34 allele variants of 13 allozymous loci in the samples of 143 trees and 893 seed embryos of P. аbies. The genetic structure is determined as well as values of the basic indices of genetic polymorphism in samples of trees and seed embryos are found. The samples of maternal plants are in close to genotype equilibrium according to Hardy-Weinberg law. The deficiency of heterozygotes in the samples of seed embryos has been found. The level of observed heterozygosity in the seed embryos sampes is sufficiently smaller in comparison with maternal plants. The insignificant genetic differentiation is fixed between samples of trees and seed embryos of studied populations P.аbies. Inbreeding in P. abies populations is caused by self-pollination of maternal plants. By multilocus estimation the rate of outcrossing in P. abies populations in the Ukrainian Carpathians varies from 53 up to 87 % and on the average makes 70,6 %.
