The purpose of research - on the basis of modern immunodiagnostic to develop structure of an information subsystem of epidemiological supervision of a HIV-infection. Methods of researches - epidemiological, serological, statistical. On the basis of the official reporting data and results of sentinal survellence the basic qualitative and quantitative parameters of epidemic process of a HIV-infection in Ukraine are determined. Is established wide, but non-uniform distribution of a HIV-infection (the highest prevalence are revealed in Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, Donetsk areas and Crimea. Is shown, that the structure of HIV testings has the expressed regional features. The changes in practice of testings influence qualitative and quantitative parameters of epidemic process. At realization of sentinal survellence seroepidemiological researches is shown, that among the IDUs the prevalence of a HIV-infection remains rather high. The frequency of revealing of antibodies to НВс-аntigen to Chlamydia Trachomatis on a background of a high prevalence of HIV-infection among the commercial sex workers testifies that occurs parallel штаусешщт by pathogens of the specified infections of the persons from this vulnerable group. By results of inspection of the pregnant women and STD-persons is established, that the epidemic process of a HIV-infection has rather intensive, but latent character. Is shown, that inmates belong to high risk group of HIV, HBV and HCV-infection. The structure of an information epidemiological subsystem of supervision of a HIV-infection is developed and the algorithms of confirming researches are offered which provide the purpose of testing, specifity of the surveyed groups and prevalence of a HIV-infection.
