It was identified that 60% of the diseases under dispanserisation were wrongly input the DB as first diagnosed ones and 14% really first diagnosed did not belong to this category. Besides the error registration of the deaths cases change the real picture of the survivors mortality It was shown that the complete coincidence in data of the rayon and oblast levels is existing in 66 % of the diagnoses records. In addition in 8 % records the diagnoses are coincident, but the year of their registration differs. The coincidence of the oblast and state level data was identified. As for the data quality the critical level of the SChR functioning is rayon level. It was identified that probable level of the double records is about 5 %. The identified mistakes support the necessity of the implementation of the quality control procedures. The program for the quality control was proposed. The algorithm for the data cross-checking was developed. The seminar for the medical staff was carried out.. Based on data received: 1)the project of methodological recommendations is developed; 2) the information letter is introduced. Standard output forms of the SChR are developed.
