The ADS-matrix environment promotes biological reactions of specific interaction proceeding in it. Differentiation of functions of electrostatic attraction and covalent binding between sulfate and aldehyde groups of the ADS-matrix makes it possible to extend the dynamic range of affinity biosensors by pI of the studied biological objects. There is possibility to make universal the procedures of covalent binding of biomolecules in the polymer matrix without using supplementary procedures requiring application of expensive reagents. In this case the determination of optimal parameters of the environment, in which the interaction between molecules will take place, becomes more necessary.
