The program packades for treatment of the temporal information from voltmeter electrometer B7-30, transducer Ф4222 and device for measuring of the dielectric permeability Ш2-8 have been worked out. The different design of the measuring cells and laboratory model of the device for purification of the dielectric liquids in electric field have been carried out in this project. The comprehensive investigation of the kinetic processes of transfer and accumulation of the charge carriers in dielectric liquids under action of the constant electric field as a function ofan applied voltage and time interval of the treatment in electric field has been fulfilled. The dependences of changing of the current as a function of the time interval in the oils of the hydraulic systems РМЦ, ЛЗ-МГ-2 and МГЕ-10А have been obtained.
