Aim of work: Study of mechanical and tribotechnical properties of basalt-fiber plastics based on the polypropylene, determination of optimal content of the modifying additives for polypropylene, determination of obtaining regime and processing of the reinforced polypropylene. The high mechanical, antifrictional properties of composites as well as processibility are achieved. This will give a possibility to manufacture of plastics with using traditional methods of plastics processing. The process of obtaining basalt-fiber plastics is optimized on the basis of a polypropylene. The accessible polymer aggregate is obtained economically on the basis of stuffs, which one are worked out in Ukraine and in Hungary.
