The main properties of generalized distribution are studied. The generalized distribution of Gaussian signal is analytically obtained. Fractional representation of the generalized distribution is firstly proposed and it is shown that such transformation corresponds to the rotational displacement on an information diagram. The results of numerical calculations of the generalized Gaussian distribution are discribed at the different values of generalized parameter and the fractional Fourier transform parameter.
