An analysis of main factors that define a current state of FCM and are determinative for the construction of a long-term prognosis model of the behaviour of FCM has been performed. The processes of FCM degradation are characterized with specification of destruction factors and possible consequences of the changes of FCM properties. The conclusions about FCM properties, which are the most important for the estimation of the current state of the object "Shelter" and prognosis purposes, are deduced in this report.
