A number of known methods of its synthesis has been selected for experimental examination namely on the basis: of levulinic, hippuric and malonic acids as well as glucosamine. The possibility of 5-ALA synthesis from ethylcyanoacetat by unknown till now method has been investigated. It has been established that the most appropriate method of 5-ALA preparing is its synthesis in the basis of levulinic acid.The optimization of the mentioned method technology has been carried out.
