On results of the annalysis of the processes production electric and heat energy, as strategic direction of essential increasing to efficiency steam-gas installation is chosen gas&steam turbine technology "Aquarius". They are executed thermodynamic studies of the process "Aquarius" directed on improvement of the heat scheme and increasing to efficiency of the process to account of the moistening the air in compressor and fuel gas by way intermediate injection saturated water and steam, increasing of the temperature in gas turbine at the input and extent of the compression of the air in compressor, use the heat of wasted gas. It was found that by the way of the enumerated directions of the process efficiency of installation "Aquarius" comes up to modern steam&gas of the binary installations.
