The influence of water stream on the conditions of heat exchange and on the electrical properties of sensors with semiconductor thermoelectrical based on Ві2Те3 cells as well were investigated. Methods for measurement of liquid stream velosity and temperature by means of sensors on the base of semiconductor thermoelectrical cells have been designed. A technology of experimental thermoelectrical sensors for water and heat charge counters in municipal water supply systems have been worked out.
